"my order showed up late, which was annoying..."
my order showed up late, which was annoying, but Support did get back to me after a bit. not the smoothest experience, but at least they answered eventually.

"Warranty service has been really frustrating"
I’ve been waiting forever to get help with the warranty, and it feels like they’re just ignoring it. My brother even told me to keep following up, but so far I haven’t gotten anywhere. Really disappointing experience.

I bought this a few weeks ago, and the charging is already acting up. It takes way too long to charge, and sometimes it just doesn’t charge at all. it’s annoying when you’re trying to use it every day.

"I expected this to be at least..."
I expected this to be at least decent since so many people seemed fine with it, but mine was a letdown. The sound quality was bad from the start, and then it broke after just two days. Compared to other similar products I’ve tried, this one really didn’t hold up

"Connection issues were an unnecessary hassle"
I had a frustrating experience with noise.as. The connection kept dropping, and sometimes the site just wouldn’t load properly at all. I tried using it at different times, but the same thing kept happening. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was way too unstable and turned into an unnecessary hassle.

I tried using the Noise.as app for a few days, but it just kept freezing on me. At first I thought it was a one-time glitch, but by the end of the week it was happening so often that I gave up. it’s not worth the hassle right now

I bought this sometime last month, or maybe late the month before, thinking I’d be able to use it on my tablet and my older phone. But no luck. The app keeps saying my device isn’t supported, and the web version was acting glitchy too. I reached out to support, and they basically told me to try using a different device, which doesn’t really help me. So yeah, kind of useless in my case

"Got a weird vibe from this brand"
I’m not saying it’s definitely a bad company, but my brain kind of went into shortcut mode here. The brand just felt a little sketchy to me, and when I reached out to support, their response didn’t really ease my mind. Maybe it’s just a gut feeling, but when customer service doesn’t make me feel more confident, I usually take that as a red flag.

"Pretty decent sound 🙂"
The sound is okay for everyday listening, nothing too fancy. It works fine for casual use, but the bass does feel a bit weak at times 😅

I found the site frustrating to use. It wasn’t very clear what I was supposed to do next, and I kept expecting better instructions or guidance along the way. Overall, it made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Okay, but not worth what I paid"
I was expecting a bit more for the price. The service technically works, but it feels basic, and a few parts were clunky enough that I noticed. I also got a little confused because the website made it sound like certain things would be included or easier to use, but the actual experience didn’t really match that.

For what it costs, I feel like there are probably better options out there. It’s not awful, and I wouldn’t say it completely failed me, but I definitely don’t feel like I got great value for the money.

"Felt let down after paying for these"
I was excited to try these, but after I paid and started using them, I began to feel like I couldn’t really trust the claims. The Noise cancellation barely does anything, I can still hear conversations, traffic, and pretty much everything around me. Really disappointing for what I expected

I finally got my replacement, but it was more of a hassle than I expected. I had to follow up twice just to get things moving, which was frustrating. Support wasn’t rude or anything, they were fine once they responded, but the whole process was just slow and annoying.

"Fit was way off and I’m not sure what to do next"
This just didn’t fit me right at all. It felt tight in odd places, but then after wearing it for a bit, it would start slipping, which was really uncomfortable and annoying. I tried giving it a chance for a few days, but I ended up giving up on it. I’m also frustrated because it’s not really clear what the next steps are if it doesn’t work out, so now I’m just stuck feeling disappointed.

"Not easy to use at all"
I gave noise.as a fair try, i don’t get why it has to be so hard to use. I’m not saying I expected everything to be perfect right away, but the layout felt confusing, and I kept having to click around just to find basic features.
Maybe it makes sense if you already know your way around it, but for regular users, it really doesn’t feel friendly. I ended up giving up quickly, and I don’t think that’s on me when even simple things felt like a chore.

"Packaging could’ve been handled better"
The box showed up a little dented. Nothing too dramatic, but I do think it’s only fair for customers to receive items in packaging that’s been handled with a bit more care

"Order took forever to move"
I placed my order and, it just kind of sat there for way too long with no clear update or anything.

I kept having to check on it myself, and even then the info I found wasn’t really useful. It felt like, you know, nothing was actually happening unless I asked about it.

Maybe the product itself is fine, but the ordering process was frustrating. Not a great first experience, and yeah, I probably wouldn’t order again.

I don’t usually leave 1-star reviews, but I feel like this one is fair. I had what seemed like a simple issue and reached out to Noise support more than once. The replies took way too long, and when I finally did get a response, it didn’t really solve anything. I was basically just sitting around waiting without any clear answer. Maybe I expected too much, but decent support is kind of the minimum, so I’m giving 1 star.

"Discounts didn’t really make a difference"
The prices felt WAY too high for what I ended up getting. The discount looked nice at first, but once I saw the final total, it barely made a dent. I was expecting a much better deal, and for me, it just wasn’t worth it.
